Comprehensive Organizational Audit

It may happen that you’re already clear on what you want to change or the opposite: you’re only clear that things must change, but not sure where to start. In such cases a comprehensive organizational audit is an ideal Step 0.

The purpose of the audit is to uncover hidden organizational risks and opportunities and discover the most critical changes necessary. The audit considers the strategic and societal environment, as well as the crucial aspects of the company, including purpose, strategy, structures and processes.

We use our ID Map© framework during the interviews, surveys, research and analysis.
